Our production
State-of-the-art production in the Czech Republic ready for the realisation of complex large-format glass
We are the only company in the Czech Republic to produce even the most complex large-format glass on a fully automated production line with a Super Spacer robotic applicator. We also work on state-of-the-art CNC machines.
We manufacture glazing up to the dimensions
6,000 x 3,210 mm
NoMistake Production
Our entire production is paperlessly managed by an ERP system which requires a minimum amount of human labour and guarantees NoMistake production. Once the assignment has been approved in our insulating glass configurator, you can rely on the right glass being delivered to the building site.

The quality is in the details: the strength of the glass is mainly determined by the quality of the edge.

All glass is checked by laser scanner.

Spacer must be flush, which is why we have a superspacer.

The external sealing of large-format glass is only done robotically.

Our History
We are building on 17 years of experience and innovation
2006
Foundation of OBSIDIAN and our first glass
We are starting out right from scratch. We primarily produce standard insulating glass that meets the technical standards of ČSN EN 1279.
2010
First crisis in the construction industry
We change our focus and start producing large-format glass.
2013
The first quadruple glazing and the beginnings of NOFRAME
We are the only ones on the market to produce quadruple glazed and large-format frameless glazing with connection to the structure of the house.
2018
Starting own production of Schüco windows
To complement frameless glazing, we now start supplying Schüco aluminium panoramic elements that combine design with functionality.
2016–2020
Investment of CZK 100 million in automation
Over the course of 4 years, we innovate our production line to maximise production processes and eliminate error rates.
2024
Second crisis in construction
We are transforming from a glass manufacturer to a supplier of modern windows.

Fulfilling the ZeroWaste vision
